Moving from one UR apartment to another.

★If you are moving from UR housing to UR, the remaining amount after deducting the cost of repairs from your current security deposit can be transferred to the one of your new residence. It can reduce the initial cost of changing residences.

Please note that if the amount transferred to your new residence is less than the amount of the security deposit for your new residence, you will be asked to pay the shortfall at a later date.

<Applicable conditions>

This service is available when all of the following conditions are met.

・Individuals who are moving from UR housing to UR (the contract holder is not a corporation)

・The contract holder must be the same before and after the move.

・No delinquency in payment of rent, etc. (including parking lot usage fees) for the current unit.

・You are not in the middle of a lawsuit or other legal action.

・There are no other violations of the contract.

★If you are moving from UR rental housing to UR rental housing with lower or equal rent than you are currently paying, you do not need to submit documents to confirm your income requirement.

<Applicable conditions>

All of the following conditions will be applied.

・Individuals who are moving to UR rental housing with a lower rent or the same rent as the rent they are paying at their current UR rental housing (if the contract holder is not a corporation)

・If the contract holder is the same before and after the move.

・Those who are not delinquent in payment of rent, etc. (including parking lot usage fees) for the current unit.

・You are not in the middle of a lawsuit or other legal action.

・There are no other violations of the contract.
