Payments when moving out of UR apartments

Regarding the cleaning fee when moving out of a UR apartment

Whenever you move out of a UR apartment, a cleaning fee will always be demanded. A UR representative will come in to assess the damage of your apartment at a set date. Based on this, a cleaning fee will be calculated.

The cleaning fee will be deducted from your deposit, which will return to you within a month after moving out. If by any case the cleaning fee goes beyond your deposit, an invoice for the cleaning fee payment will be sent within one month after moving out.
