Indian-style bidets (handy shower type) are not allowed.

Installing a Japanese-Style Washlet
You can install a Japanese-style Washlet at your own expense.

Things to Check Before Installation
A Washlet is an electric appliance.
Therefore, there must be an electrical outlet (power socket) near the toilet to plug it in.
Before Installation
- Consult UR or JKK to get permission before installation.
- Depending on the management policy or rental agreement, you may be asked to submit an application or approval form.
- After receiving permission, you can start preparing for the installation work.

When Moving Out (Restoring Original Condition)
In UR or JKK rental housing, tenants must restore the original condition when moving out if they have changed or added any equipment.
Therefore, when you move out:
- Remove the Washlet you installed, and
- Reattach the original toilet seat.
