Regarding monthly payment

*Automatic withdrawal
You will receive an automatic withdrawal application form when you make a contract.
If you apply for it, it will come into operation from the following month or a month after the following month.
The monthly rent will be withdrawn on the 25th of every month. If there is not enough money in the account, it will be withdrawn again on the last day of the month.
If there is still not enough money in the account, a late payment charge will be requested for any payment after the last day of the month.

*Bank transfer

You receive a bill every month. There is bank account information written on the bill.
Transfer the monthly payment to the account by the last day of the month. If you do not pay by the last day of the month, a late payment charge will be requested for any payment made after that.
