What happens if you don’t pay my rent on time for UR apartment?
For UR apartments, you need to pay rent by the 25th every month.
If you register your bank account, the rent fee will be withdrawn from it automatically.
If you choose manual transfer, you will receive the invoice in the middle of month and have to transfer the rent fee by the 25th.
Please keep in mind that if the 25th is the weekend, you need to do it by the Friday of the week.
For example, you need to pay the rent on the 23rd if the 25th is Sunday.
~Precautions regarding delay of rent fee payment~
<For automatic bank withdrawal>
If your account balance is below the rent fee on the 25th,
it will be re-withdrawn on the 10th of the next month.
If your account balance is below the rent fee again at this time,
two months worth of rent fee will be withdrawn on the 25th of the next month.
In this instance, an interest of 14.7% will occur to the unpaid rent fee
from the 26th to the 10th next month
<For manual transfer>
If the rent fee cannot be verified on the 25th, an interest of 14.7% will occur from the next day.
If by any chance you fail to transfer your rent fee by the 25th, please transfer it as soon as possible, and contact UR regarding the interest fee.
If you have unpaid rent, you may not be able to transfer your deposit fee
when you move from your current UR apartment to the next one.
In addition, it may prevent you from registering your bank account for your next UR apartment.
Please keep in mind that if you fail to pay rent for three consecutive months,
you will be forced to evict the apartment.
